5 Rao: Last God of Krypton
A story about the god of Krypton's red sun by Mike Carey, who outdid the Sandman on Lucifer, and it's a shame not more people know that. And yes, I know I'm asking him to follow Gaiman a second time here, it'd still be awesome. I also know that title's been used, but it cool enough to steal.

I still want to see Glen Keane draw Superman, or better, do the lead animation on a Superman cartoon of some kind:

And yes, I believe his Superman would differ from his Tarzan, but still be a fresh, innovative take on the character.
I would read the hell out of a Herge Olsen.
